ABOUT JAMB UTME MOCK EXAMINATION

The Board introduced the Mock examination (optional) in 2017 to avail candidates of the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the conduct of a computerized test, fine tune the Board’s examination processes, and test the facilities at the CBT centres before the main examination for a hitch free examination.

The Mock examination is also an opportunity for the candidates, particularly those coming in contact with computers for the first time, to eliminate any phobia.

During the registration exercise, candidates who express interest are given the opportunity to take the optional mock examination before the main examination.

This year’s exercise is the third in the series of Mock examinations conducted by the Board. In the meantime, all arrangements have been concluded for the conduct of the Mock Examination and the 2019 UTME.
